Terms and Conditions – 777sz Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete agreement between you and 777sz ("the Platform", "we", "us") regarding your use of the website at 777sz.bar and the associated mobile application. These Terms apply to all services offered on the Platform, including but not limited to slots, live casino, sports betting, fish games and all deposit and withdrawal functions.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform or placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. You also confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below.

777sz reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform, and your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the 777sz platform, you must meet the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The Platform is strictly for adults. Any player found to be under 18 will have their account immediately closed and any balance forfeited.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts or accounts opened on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to verify your local laws before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of 777sz or any affiliated entity.
• You must not have previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by 777sz for violations of these Terms.

777sz does not make any representation that online gaming is legal in every jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their participation complies with applicable local laws. We do not claim any government licence, regulatory approval or official endorsement from any Pakistani authority.

Each individual may hold only one account on 777sz. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different devices or different payment methods — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a serious breach of these Terms.

Your account credentials (username and password) are personal to you. You must not share your login details with any other person. 777sz will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 777sz account.
• Do not access your account on shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not allow any third party to use your account or place bets on your behalf.

777sz reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide verification documents when requested may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access.

All deposits on 777sz are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed directly from your JazzCash account.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits via your Easypaisa account.
• Raast — instant bank-to-platform transfers via the Raast payment system.
• Bank Transfer — standard bank transfer from any Pakistani bank account.
• Debit/Credit Cards — card payments where supported by your issuing bank.
• Other Mobile Wallets — additional mobile wallet options as listed on the Deposit page.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed on the Deposit page. These limits may be updated from time to time.

777sz is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider in connection with a deposit. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically reflected in your account within a few minutes; bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.

Deposited funds are held in your 777sz wallet in PKR. Your wallet balance is for use on the Platform only and does not carry any interest.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. All withdrawals are paid in PKR. You may not withdraw to a third-party account or to a payment method not registered in your name.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, 777sz may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard platform requirement and applies to all players. You will be asked to provide documents confirming your identity and the ownership of your payment method.

• Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed within 24 to 48 hours on business days.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are listed on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Funds credited from bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal — see Section 6.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if there is an active investigation into your account for suspected violations of these Terms.

777sz reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This is done to protect players and to maintain the integrity of the Platform. We aim to complete all legitimate withdrawal requests as quickly as possible.

777sz may offer bonuses, free plays and promotional credits to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers:

• Bonuses are only available to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for the specific offer.
• Each player is entitled to claim each bonus offer once only, unless stated otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is a violation of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the individual bonus terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus-derived funds cannot be withdrawn.
• 777sz reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time, including in cases where it believes a player is abusing the bonus system.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds not used within the stated period will be removed from your account.

777sz offers a range of game categories including Slots, Live Casino, Fish Games and general casino titles. Each game operates according to its own internal rules, which are accessible via the information or help button within the game itself. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game they choose to play.

All game outcomes on 777sz are determined by certified random number generation systems or, in the case of live casino, by the real-time actions of live dealers. The Platform does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game session — such as a disconnection — the Platform will attempt to resolve the round using recorded game state data. If resolution is not possible, the bet amount may be returned to your wallet.
• Any attempt to exploit game mechanics, software bugs or technical errors for financial gain is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Game RTP (Return to Player) information is available within individual game information panels where provided by the game supplier.

The 777sz Betting section covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC events — as well as football, esports and other sports as listed on the Betting page. The following terms apply to all sports betting activity on the Platform:

• All bets are placed in PKR. Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are correct at the time displayed. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference is issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• In-play (live) betting is available on selected matches. In-play bets are subject to the same terms as pre-match bets.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed or voided before the result is determined, bets will be settled according to the Platform's event settlement rules, which are displayed within the betting section.
• 777sz reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where it has reason to believe the integrity of the event has been compromised.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply. Current limits are displayed in the Betting section.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 777sz and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account per person.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or technical errors.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Any activity that 777sz reasonably believes constitutes money laundering or fraud.
• Abusing the bonus system by creating multiple accounts or using third-party accounts to claim multiple bonuses.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing Platform staff or other users.

777sz collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as set out in that policy.

We collect only the data necessary to operate the Platform, process transactions, verify identity and provide support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is retained for as long as your account remains active and for a period thereafter as required for legal and operational purposes.

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, and to request corrections where data is inaccurate. Contact us via the support email address listed in the footer to make such a request.

777sz is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. Online gaming should be treated as entertainment — not as a way to make money or recover financial losses. The following principles apply to all players on the Platform:

• Only play with money you can afford to lose. Set a clear budget before each session.
• Set time limits for your gaming sessions and stick to them.
• Do not chase losses by increasing bet sizes after a losing session.
• If gaming stops being enjoyable and starts feeling like a compulsion, take a break immediately.
• Keep gaming separate from your work, family responsibilities and financial obligations.

777sz reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly in cases where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal activity is suspected.
• Identity verification documents provided are found to be fraudulent or inconsistent.
• The account holder requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming framework.
• A player is found to be under 18 years of age.

Upon permanent closure of an account for Terms violations, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no violations have occurred, any available balance will be returned via the original deposit method after standard verification checks.

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting support. This does not affect any pending bets or transactions already in progress at the time the request is made.

777sz provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and a reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted, 777sz shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from your use of the Platform, including gaming losses.
• Loss of data due to technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Interruption to Platform access due to internet connectivity issues on your end.
• Any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

777sz may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify users via a notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any update, you should stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. Previous versions of these Terms are not retained on the public Platform but are available on request through support.
